At GraceWest Bible Church, there are many ways to use your gifts to serve God and others. Whether it’s behind the scenes, working with children, or helping welcome people on Sunday, your time and talents make a real difference in our church and community. Media Team
Support our worship and ministries by assisting with sound and audiovisual needs. This includes setting up and running sound for Sunday morning and evening services, as well as special events. Training is provided with our media team, so no prior experience is required.
Working Bee & Church Cleaning
Care for our church facilities through groundskeeping, maintenance, and cleaning. Flexible schedules make it easy to help when you’re available.
Sunday School and Youth Ministry
Come alongside kids and teens as they grow in their faith and help support parents in their journey too. You can teach or assist in Sunday School, or get involved with our Friday youth programs. Through our Dig Deeper Youth program, you’ll receive both training and discipleship, equipping you to guide, encourage, and invest in the next generation with confidence and care.
Kitchen Ministry
Serve and bless others through food! Help prepare and serve meals and beverages on Sundays and during special events such as church anniversaries, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day. This ministry combines hospitality with service.
Local Outreach Ministry
We’re looking for volunteers to join our Hands and Feet ministry, serving people in our community who are in need. This is a chance to show God’s love in practical ways, through meals, support, and acts of care that make a real difference in people’s lives.
Music Ministry
Use your musical gifts to glorify God in worship. Sing in a vocal group or play in an instrumental ensemble. Musicians of all skill levels are welcome.
Safety and Gate Duty
Help keep our church grounds safe by serving on gate duty during Friday night youth events, Sundays, or special events. This ministry allows everyone to worship with peace of mind.
Welcome and Ushering Team
Be one of the first people to greet visitors at GraceWest! On Sundays, you’ll welcome guests, hand out bulletins, answer questions, and help host in the Fellowship Hall. Your presence helps create a warm, inviting atmosphere where everyone feels seen and cared for.
