Brief info
Don was born in the country city of Horsham, Victoria and grew up in a small town called Natimuk in Western Australia. He had grown into a Christian family and was always aware of his standing before Christ and his need for salvation. It was not until he attended a church camp in Robe, South Australia where he fully surrendered his life to Christ.
Don obtained his teaching qualification and was a teacher for 39 years. He retired midway through 2017.
In 2014, he and his wife came to know of GraceWest Bible Church through family suggestion and agreed to call it their local church despite of living in the countryside.
Don is one of the deacons of GraceWest Bible Church.
He and his wife, Vilma have four children, two sons-in-law, two daughters-in-law and one grandchild.
Don’s desire for the church is to continue being a shelter for like-minded Christians, where they are collectively worshipping and praising God as one body.
